Happy Feet
The feet are designed to diffuse the impact of walking through the rest of the skeleton. When they lose their natural resilience, they pay the price in pain. This workshop will help restore that resilience, bringing a sense of fluidity and ease to your walking. Put some spring in your step!

Feldenkrais for Hands
The work we do with our hands can lead to a range of painful conditions such as carpal tunnel syndrome, tendonitis and repetitive strain injury – but all are preventable. This workshop will help integrate the use of your hands with your shoulders, torso and pelvis, relieving their tension and pain and restoring their health.

Feldenkrais for Pilates
Pilates is widely recognized for its effectiveness in creating support for the whole body by increasing core abdominal and back strength.
